Weekly Update for the Lowson Blvd Improvement Project 2/17/23

- Crews continued with framing up and pouring new concrete Shared-Use Path along both the North and South sides of Lowson Blvd between the Canal Bridge towards Congress Blvd and also grading those areas behind the new shared use path.
- Drainage work also continued along Lowson Blvd/SW 10th St between SW 16th Ave to SW 11th Ave at installing new drainage structures and adjusting existing structures for the new improvements.
- Asphalt paving crew began today at paving the driveway entrances along Lowson Blvd west of the Canal Bridge.
Upcoming Week of February 20th:

- Continue working on the concrete Shared Use Path along the South sides of Lowson Blvd between the Canal Bridge towards Congress.
- Continue with the new Drainage Improvements along SW 10th St/Lowson Blvd between SW 17th Ave to SW 11th Ave.
- Crews are set to begin removing and installing the new sidewalks along SW 10th St just east of the 95 Bridge towards SW 11th Ave.
- Pavement Milling along Lowson to scheduled to begin next week between the Canal Bridge to just west of Congress Blvd.
Motorists can expect minor delays traveling thru the Work Zone Areas.
