- Weekly Update for the Lowson Blvd Improvement Project 1/13/23:
- Asphalt paving crew finished paving the 1st lift of Asphalt on Lowson Blvd between Dover Rd to the Canal Bridge just East of Homewood Blvd.
- Crews continued with grading for new Type F Curbs and also the shared use path along the North side of Lowson Blvd from the Canal Bridge to the East towards Congress.
- Upcoming Week of January 16th thru 20th:
- New concrete curbs and more sections of the shared use path are to be poured along Lowson Blvd on the North side just East of the canal bridge towards Congress.
- Tree Root pruning is to take place along the existing trees along the South side of Lowson Blvd from the canal bridge to the East where the new shared use path will be installed.
- Excavation and grading for the concrete shared use path along the South side of Lowson between the canal bridge towards Congress is also to begin.
- Motorists can expect minor delays traveling thru the Work Zone Areas.
