Weekly Update 12/22/2023

Weekly Update for the Lowson Blvd Improvement Project 12/22/23:
- Crews finished pouring the new concrete curbs and sidewalks along the north side of SE 10^th St between Old Dixie Hwy to SE 4^th Ave.
- Crews continued paving asphalt between the I-95 Bridge to SW 10^th Ave for the final lift.
- The new concrete bridge deck was poured at the Pedestrian Bridge on Lowson Blvd between Congress and Homewood Blvd.
- Crews also began pouring the new concrete sidewalk approaches to the Pedestrian Bridges.

Upcoming Week of December 25^th:
- No work is scheduled on Christmas Day, Dec 25^th and Tuesday, Dec 26^th. Work will resume on Wednesday, Dec 27^th – Friday, Dec 29^th.
- No paving is scheduled for next week during the Christmas – New Year’s break.
- Crews will continue to grade and pour the new concrete sidewalks for the Pedestrian Bridge approaches.
- Final lift of paving will resume after New Year’s on SW 10^th St between I-95 Bridge to SW 10^th Ave.
